Application of RFMISO vacuum brazing technology

The brazing method in a vacuum furnace is a new type of brazing technology that is performed under vacuum conditions without adding flux. Since the brazing process is carried out in a vacuum environment, the harmful effects of air on the workpiece can be effectively eliminated, so brazing can be successfully performed without adding flux. This method is mainly used for metals and alloys that are difficult to braze, such as aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, refractory alloys, ceramics and other materials. Through vacuum brazing, the joints can be bright and dense, with good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It should be noted that vacuum brazing equipment is generally not suitable for brazing carbon steel and low alloy steel.

Brazing equipment in vacuum furnaces mainly consists of two parts: vacuum brazing furnace and vacuum system. Vacuum brazing furnaces can be roughly divided into two types: hot furnaces and cold furnaces. The two types of furnaces can be heated by natural gas or electric heating, and can be designed as side-loading furnaces, bottom-loading furnaces or top-loading furnaces (Kang type) structures, and the vacuum system can be used universally.
